Prepared from a careful selection of toasted malts and hops of the "Perle Hallertau" and "Nugget" varieties that give an aroma, a dark amber colour and a distinct flavour to the malts. The head is abundant and creamy, which keeps throughout the drink and leaves the characteristic "Belgian lace" latticework on the sides of the glass. The effect of the alcohol is perceptiblebut it is mild and warm, without the roughness that denotes the presence of higher alcohols.

Aroma: in the mixture provided by both the hops and the malt, there is a predominance of a clean aroma that is straightforward and smells intensely of toasted malt.
Appearance: pretty dark amber colour. Clean and bright and with abundant thick foam that keeps throughout the drink.
Taste: mouth feel is thick, dense, elegant and round, with a bitter touch that melts in the mouth. Aftertaste is long and pleasant.

Its preparation comes from completed beer which is dealcoholised. This produces an alcohol-free beer that is more refreshing due to its slight citrus hue and which maintains the aroma and body of a special beer.
